The resort was beautiful, with perfect decor and spacious rooms. There were plenty of bars and outdoor facilities, and the spa was lush. The check-in process was quick and the staff at the front desk were professional, kind, and polite. The waitstaff at the bars were attentive. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a gym, kids club, hair salon, souvenir shops. a great hotel and resort.

Our recent stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Luxurious amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge enhanced our relaxation. the swimming pool, surrounded by a garden area, was spacious with plenty of sun loungers. Access to the beachfront was easy and we spent many enjoyable hours there.
The only minor issue was the dinner service, where we had to wait for a table at busy times and dinner rush. the hotel staff could improve this with more efficient table allocation and organization.

Excellent service, quick check-in, friendly staff. Great bars, live entertainment, and plenty of food options. Clean rooms and facilities. Amazing water park and beach. Will definitely return.
